RECAP | ITD at HCMUTE Career Fair 2024 – Your Career, Our Success

As part of ITD’s ongoing talent development activities toward sustainable growth, ITD participated in the HCMUTE Career Fair on May 11, 2024.

The HCMUTE Career Fair 2024 is one of the university’s largest annual events, attracting more than 15,000 students and the participation of 72 enterprises.

At ITD’s booth, many visitors — including recent graduates and students from various disciplines such as electrical engineering, electronics, telecommunications, automation, engineering, and information technology — showed strong interest in exploring career opportunities with the company.

In addition to providing career consultations and contributing to the community, ITD introduced the group’s overview, shared available vacancies, conducted on-site first-round interviews with potential candidates, and offered practical insights from department managers to help students better understand the career path in System Integration (SI).

There were many memorable moments throughout the event:

• Candidates quickly grasped ITD’s corporate overview through interactive mini games.

• Due to the high volume of visitors at certain times, the format was expanded from one-on-one and small-group consultations to large-group sessions using microphones.

• Despite the hot weather, students remained energetic and enthusiastic.

• Some candidates shared that they had been following ITD’s official channels and applied immediately upon seeing new internship opportunities.
